VPN connection between Cisco 837 and PIX 506

Hi,

I want to connect a site to my central office.

At the central office i have install a PIX 506E and the ISP a Cisco router SOHO97 (NAT disable).

The PIX is configured to terminate VPN traffic. I have some notebook with Cisco VPN client.

It works fine. Now i want to connect a site with a Cisco 837 and configure the router to connect by VPN to the PIX 506.

My questions ?

1) Is the connection enable in both direction ?

It is important for me (in central site) to communicate with the PC at the distant site (using VNC).

Yes, in Lan-to-Lan setup, the reachability of resources from one end to devices behind the remote endpoint at the other end is not a problem.
