We use the VPN Client 3.5 to connect to the Concentrator 3000. When the remote computers are given unique external IP addresses by the ISP, the users have no problem accessing email, and the files on the network.
However, when a user connects through a service where the computers don't have a unique external IP address, the user is ABLE to connect to the VPN and enter the network, but is UNABLE, once connected, to access network resources (email, files, etc.).
Is there a workaround for this?

Hi,
That is because IPSEC traffic passing through PAT equipment.
You have two workaround as below:
IPSEC over UDP:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/471/nat_trans.html
IPSEC over TCP:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/471/vpn3k_ipsec_tcp.html
