I have installed a VPN client on an enduser's laptop. We can connect to our network without issue. I can see thier connection on the monitoring page of the Concentrator. The problem is that I am not able to browse the network that we are connected to. I can ping servers and computers by IP address but unable to map drives to these devices. The error message that I recieve is "Local device name already in use"
I have already tried putting server names and their IP addresses in the HOST files and that did not solve the issue. I have also turned off the personal firewall that Microsoft provides thinking that may impede connectivity
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
