A user is facing issues connecting to VPN as he is able to connect randomly in 1 instance out of 4 to 5 instances, he had an older version of VPN client which is now upgraded to version 5.0.07.0290 and tried with different machines with XP and Windows 7 and different internet connections, also tested with a fresh pcf file but still no improvement. Everytime he is facing the issue, he has verified that internet was working fine and also his AD user account is fine.
What else could be causing this kind of issue?
Any suggestions please.
Thanks in advance.

Sunil,
What kind of firewall are you running, version and code? 64-bit OS or 32-bit OS (Windows)? Have you tried taking the user's system and working with it in a controlled environment? For examplet, you have your VPN Client working at your home, take the user's system to your home and run some tests? Or if you have an additional internet connection in the office, that is another good place to test this.
Thanks,
Kimberly

Hi Kimberly
Thanks for your reply.
I have already tried with different machines with XP and Windows 7 and different internet connections at home and office (with and without firewall) also user's dial-in permissions are good so wanted to see other possibilities.
