VPN fail to Connect

I have issue connecting to VPN on certain WIFI / Hotspot

When i connected to WIFI A, once i key in the username and password, the system pop out say login fail. (Troubleshot done on the WIFI A and confirmed no connectivity issue).

However when try to connect to another WIFI B, the VPN is working fine.

Can kindly advise what is the issue and how to solve it?

you need to understand WIFI A and WIFIB ( both same ISP ?) what  A get IP address and what is B Get IP address

some ISP blocks VPN (it suppose to open all time)

Thank you for the reply. However the WIFI A that my laptop unable to connect to VPN, can be connected succesfully by my colleague using his laptop (completely same model and software, even my same username and password)

the question i have asked past post not got input, we need to understand the environment. if your mate can able to connect you are not able to connect, then this defines your device has some issue, that you need to do more investigation,

what client side error show up ?
