Hi Folks,
We need to cancel a PAK that was erroneously registered against a HWIC UDI instead of the ISM's UDI, and re-apply it to the correct hardware.
As an implementer I have no visibility of support contracts (all done via our UK channel partner), so the TAC tool won't work.
Any ideas how best to do this, please?

Jennifer, thanks very much - problem is now solved with new license sent from the server by the TAC, who kindly picked this up :-)
