vpn issues with 3g connections

I am always getting problem with my vpn if i am conneting using some 3g connections (ASA) .

Once the connection established i cant access any services.

What could be the problem?   how can i troubleshoot  or atleast how can i find the problem ?

Most probably you're talking about regular cisco VPN Client and how it works on Winodws 7 through 3g connection. We got the same issues sometimes with some laptops, usually error on win7 says smth like "failed to add a route ..." etc. Updating to newer version of VPN Client sometimes solves the issue, but not allways. I think the best option here is to migrate to anyconnect.

Actually i dont have any problem in establishing connection . The problem is after establishing the connection  i cant any services what i am supposed to access

Hi there.

Can you establish a VPN connection using a 3G connection and then from the client cmd prompt get the output from the commands "route print" and "ipconfig /all"
