I have the VPN client s/w installed on my laptop. I can connect from home and any public place with internet access. But, with one particular DSL connection at one of our remote stores, I can not. I can log into the main router and "see" the vpn trying to work, however it is always at "negotiating" status. The dsl connection is a pppoe from what I understand. Is it possible to alter my configurations on either router to allow vpn access? Thanks. Probably a green question :) Also, all of our other sites can vpn just fine, however they have cable internet, not dsl.

What is yours MTU settings ???
Try run setMTU utility (programms-Cisco VPN Client) and lower MTU for your LAN connection to 1200)
