VPN RDP Question

We allow VPN access in that assigns connections a 10.1.2.x address. Once VPN established, I would like to know how to enable these clients RDP access into 10.5.0.0, 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.2.0 networks. I know its something simple that I am missing. Current PDM version is 2.0.

RDP is Microsoft's Remote Desktop Protocol for Terminal Services similar to Citrix ICA client. I don't think unicast, multicast or snmp would apply. when you connect via Cisco VPN client, you cannot ping addresses across the VPN.
