vpn router-pix with CA server

Hi,

I want to establish a vpn connection between a Cisco IOS router and a Cisco PIX 506E firewall and I would like to use certificates.

Is it possible to configure my Cisco IOS router as a Certificate Server and to use the same router to make the vpn ? Can I use the localhost addresse when I specify my CA server addresse in the configuration of the vpn ?

Yes, you can configure the router as a certificate server and simaltaneously use the same router to make vpn, but beware of the laod on your router.
