can anyone help me in setup a VPN site-to-site connection between an office with a 506e and a remote office with a pix 501?
what are the commands that I should issue of both sides?

Hi Jay, sorry for not getting back sooner. I have actually been working on this.
Besides your link, there is this one for an ASA

On both links, no where it says that I need to use the isakmp identity address command.
I had to call Cisco and the tech told me this. And even the links that he sent me later, none of them stated anything about this command.
Can you or anyone send me a link where all required commands will be listed???

Hi
As per the original document posted:
"The PIX uses the IP address method by default
for the IKE identity in the IKE negotiations"
isakmp identity address
Hope this clears things or need further help.
