vpn site to site dynamic auto connect

Hi all, i need to configure a site to site vpn (cisco asa and router) but the connection from remote router must be auto.

Anyone can help me?

Do both have static IPs or is on dynamic ip?

Please clarify what you mean by "auto"

thank you Adam. Asa have a static ip address but router have a dynamic ip address, vpn work fine but a need that branch office (router) start automatically vpn if the line go down. I've seen ezvpn client configuration and auto connect option but doesn't work.
