Hello - My VPN clients are having issues where they will lose connectivity to our Exchange server (they are using an Outlook client, not OWA). The stats still show the VPN tunnel connected and passing data, but they cannot connect to the Exchange server. I have also noticed that when that happens, they cannot ping other servers by name, sometimes by IP address. Usually a disconnect of the VPN client and reconnect fixes it, but some folks have to reboot thier laptops to get it to work again. Sounds crazy, but I am hoping someone has seen something similar.
Thanks!

Right, so they can ping and connect to other servers when this happens?
If yes, then it can be an MTU issue.
On the same location where the VPN exe file is (program files/cico/vpn client) there is a MTU tool exe file.
Run it, set the MTU to 1300 on the connection used for Internet access (and VPN).
Reboot and check if the problem persists.
Please rate if this helped.
Regards,
Daniel
