I am configuring my PIX 506 for VPN and plan to put it on my network which contains a single public static IP address, and I am trying to figure out the best way to do this. Do I use port forwarding on the router to send TCP port 10000 to the PIX, or is there a better way? Thanks in advance.
Sorry, but need more information of the topology to answer, which is vpn server, which is the client, and how are addreses setup? Not clear about forwarding tcp 10000 to the pix statement either.
