Hi,
As discussed in private message, you've successfully established an IPSec SA and are encrypting the outbound traffic, but you are not receiving anything back. To me this issue needs to be investigate on the peer firewall, to determine whether they see your inbound traffic and whether they are blocking it.
Get them to open up their firewall to permit icmp for testing, run packet captures to confirm the traffic is received.
