VPN Tunnel Issue

We are facing an issue where our Enterprise users' VPN suddenly goes down until we do a clear connection on our ASA Fw. We are an ISP and we provide internet for different companies but this issue is re-occurring, how can i make this issue go away, please. A tunnel thats working from customers to their other customers would go down and untill we the ISP do "clear connection" before the tunnel comes back up

This could be an issue with having different lifetimes configured on the firewalls. Double check and confirm with the customers what they have configured and align your configuration if required.
