VPN up but cannot ping

I have a site to site up but only one side can ping the other.

This is the error I get on the side that cannot ping:

May 13 2009 18:32:48: %ASA-3-106014: Deny inbound icmp src inside:10.0.107.20 dst inside:10.100.248.50 (type 8, code 0)

I have no access-group applied on the inside interface.

Why cannot i not ping the other side?

Explanation - The adaptive security appliance denied any inbound ICMP packet access. By default, all ICMP packets are denied access unless specifically permitted.

Check if your static routes are configured correctly.
