VPN user dropping connection to an application

We have one user complaining that she is dropping her connection to this particulare application. I was thinking it was her internet connection but ping times are good and not dropping any other apps. Also her any connect session is staying connected. Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi.
If you are generating VPN groups maybe there is an access list that is blocking the port or the firewall that receives the Internet session in you side. Do you have an ACS that send the access list to your ASA

If any other application is working properly, I should think about a blocked port
