We need to connect to Anyconnect via a CAC card

Good Morning,

 

We have install CISCO anyconnect 4.6.03049 on our new Mac Probooks Mojave and we need to connect to Anyconnect via a CAC card.  We do this all the time in Windows and understand the process well but are struggling with the MacOS install.  We get an "invalid certificate authentication failure" when we attempt to connect.  Anyone have this same issue?

Hello,

 

Some questions

 

1.) Are the Windows and MAC users connecting to the same Tunnel-Group aka Connection Profile?

2.) Can you share the  AnyConnect Client Profile from the MAC - you can omit the server list section at the end if you wish 

/opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile.    

 

If you can also generate a diagnostic report (DART) and email it to me I will take a look. pcarco@cisco.com
