WebVPN / SSL VPN stops accepting connections

I have a WEBVPN/SSL VPN setup on a 3925 router.  Everything works fine for about 4-5 weeks and then it will stop accepting connections.  Entering the UN/PW in the anyconnect client just keeps popping back to the authentication window.  If I reload the router everything goes back to functioning normally again.  Is there a command that would allow me to restart the webvpn services without reloading the router?  I have tried clearing the sessions already but that did not help.

This could be a bug, what firmware are you running on the 3925? Have you checked the release notes or attempted to upgrade th IOS?

I am running ios c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M3.bin   I have not attempted any upgrades yet.
