What is dynamic-access-policy-record ABC_Access used for ?

Hi Anyone can explain the following commands ? I review Cisco documents about Anyconnect SSL VPN. It does not contain these commands. What relation does the Anyconnect VPN have with these commands ? Or send a link. Thank you

Usage Guidelines

Use the dynamic-access-policy-record command in global configuration mode to create one or more DAP records. When you use this command, you enter dynamic-access-policy-record mode, in which you can set attributes for the named DAP record. The commands you can use in dynamic-access-policy-record mode include the following:

•  action (continue, terminate, or quarantine)
•  description
•  network-acl
•  priority
•  user-message
•  webvpn

What is this to create one or more DAP records for ?
