I'm trying to setup L2TP/IPSec on a Win10 (behind an RV160) to an RV345 L2TP Server. Relevant ports and Protocols are opened on Win10. Using WireShark I can see that There's communication between Win10 and RV345 (SA port 500) - in the NAT traversal negotiation and Key Exchange but when the Win10 machine goes to communicate with the RV345 using port 4500 during IPSec NAT Traversal negotiation the RV345 does not respond.
Is the problem in the RV160 that I'm behind or is it in the RV345 that I'm trying to connect with?
