Win7 and VPN client limited option menu

I have the following:

Win 7

Cisco VPN 5.0.05.0290

The issue I am having is that Win7 is blocking the full option menu of the VPN client, I donot have access to allow the client to stay on when the user logs off.  This is used to change from the user to the admninistrator account via the vpn/VNC connection. In XP the setting allowed this but in Win seven the options are not shown.  Is there a work around this.  I have tried most suggestions from various community responses with no avail

Thanks

can you try a latest 5.0.7 version? are your windows 7 running in 64 bit mode?

Basically, it's just to change vpnclient.ini file.

Per MS they recommeded the same thing and I upgraded with no new results.  I install on XP and Win7 on test bench and works fine in XP but not in Win7 using 5.0.7.

What changes are to be in the .ini file:

[main]
ClientLanguage=
[GUI]
DefaultConnectionEntry=CoreNap
WindowWidth=600
WindowHeight=330
WindowX=1505
WindowY=142
VisibleTab=0
ConnectionAttribute=0
AdvancedView=1
LogWindowWidth=0
LogWindowHeight=0
LogWindowX=0
LogWindowY=0

Thanks for the reply,  any other suggestions?

You can try to add the following manually to see if it makes the difference.

[main]
DialerDisconnect=0

I sent you yesterday the wrong Win7 vpnclient.ini info

This is the correct info:

[main]
DialerDiconnect=0
ClientLanguage=
ConnectOnOpen=1
[GUI]
DefaultConnectionEntry=Pharaoh - GH
WindowWidth=629
WindowHeight=331
WindowX=138
WindowY=218
VisibleTab=0
ConnectionAttribute=0
AdvancedView=1
LogWindowWidth=0
LogWindowHeight=0
LogWindowX=0
LogWindowY=0
MinimizeOnConnect=1
UseWindowSettings=1
ShowTooltips=1
ShowConnectHistory=0
AccessibilityOption=0
[ApplicationLauncher]
Enable=0
Command=

I added the command you suggested but it did not work, when the user account was logged off the VPN service was disconnected.

Thanks for the suggestion and reply.  Are there other things we can try?

Sorry, that's all I could think about it. Let's see if someone else could help you. Or you can open a tac case.

My bad ,  I misspelled disconnect, it work at the present time, I will do more test to make sure this works on the number of attempt that I try so I can see how stable this is.  So far so good.

Again thank you for your assistance on this.
