Does Cisco have a VPN Client for Windows Mobile?     If yes, what versions od WinMobile?

Eric,

Windows mobile support L2TP over IPsec, which we support on our side (both ASA and IOS).

Depending on platform you choose to terminate the VPN on there might be additional restriction.
