Windows10: Anyconnect is not working via Proxy Server

Anyconnect Client on Windows10 pro is not working via proxy server.

He said, "Connection attempt has failed."  *See [Anyconnect connection Log] section.

But it works on Windows7/8.1.

I tried to capture network traffic using Wireshark.

I saw [400 Bad Request] but did not see any HTTP method such as GET,POST,CONNECT etc. before that error.

Then, I checked squid access.log, he said "NONE error:invalid-request HTTP/0.0".  * See [Squid Access.log] section.

Of course, I can connect normally when direct access to ASA.

Anyone know this strange issues?

[Our Environment]
Windows10 Pro Anniversary Update
Anyconnect 4.3.02039

Our proxy server software is squid/3.1.10.
