Go to System Administration>Log Subscriptions,
Click on the log name go to Custom Fields, and add %v (date) and %V (time)

Just an FYI...
You can also add %L to access log field if you wish...
x-local_time %L Request local time in human readable format: DD/MMM/YYYY : hh:mm:ss +nnnn. This field is written with double-quotes in the access logs.
