It is very critical???

What were you doing in the GUI when this happened?  Typically, any application fault that contains "Aquarium.py screenLoop" means you clicked on the same item twice, and it got a non-critical error.  For example, you click Access Policies.  Before it finishes loading, you select Access Policies again.

If you were not doing this during that time, you may want to open up a TAC case to have them review the error.
