AD group/user details remove from Cloud Web Security

Hi, 

 

I am using CWS  web proxy with Anyconnect mobility software version 4.6.02074. We have rules in web security filter based on the AD group/user. Now a days we have observed that some of the users who work in the weekend from outside office have an issue with internet access. While troubleshooting I have observed that the AD group/user's details are not showing in "whoami.scansafe.net". In authUserName it's showing the laptop hostname and it was blocked by the cleanup rule of the web security filter rule. 

 

Could someone help me to figure out, why the AD group/user details are automatically removed from the user laptop?

Seems that users were hitting the defect CSCvn03766 which was fix in 4.6.04054 version - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect46/release/notes/b_Release_Notes_AnyConnect_4_6.html#id_94375
