Hi there,
In our organization we´re using AnyConnect Client for Umbrella SIG (SWG and DNS) (not VPN).
We have it deployed to all the computers in the company, we all use the same rules.
On some computers when the AnyConnect client is installed, it automatically loses access to the Internet. However, the same AnyConnect client installed in the same way and passing by the same Cisco Umbrella rules works perfectly on almost all computers.
We have ping on all these computers (So we only lose access).
The certificate is installed correctly on the faulty equipment as well.
Has anything similar happened to you?
Can anyone give me a clue as to what could be happening?
Many thanks in advance!

How does this get marked "Solved" when there is no solution? We area having the same issue and would really like to hear how the issue was solved.

Also have been seeing the same issue as described since December. It seemed to mysteriously disappear, now it's back for a few users. We've gone through all the Microsoft NCSI items and I'm confident that isn't the issue at this point. I would love to know what the "solution" was here???
