AsyncOS 5.5.1 configuration reset

Dear friends,

I checked on Ironport website, but I couldn't find any document.  My web appliace OS version is too old and I'd like a procedure to reset it to initial configuration.

Could you help me?

You can attempt to reset the configuration using the "resetconfig" command from the CLI:

cli > resetconfig

resetconfig - Restores the configuration to factory defaults.
