I did the switch over to my cisco account awhile back and registered my contract. I can't seem to find the OS downloads though. When I drill down the download tree all I can see is Sawmill.
Products -> Security -> Web security -> Cisco IronPort Web Security Appliances -> Cisco Ironport Web security appliance s160.
How/where do I get the AsyncOS?
Can upgrades only be done from within the appliance?
Thanks

Baker,
The instructions for downloading and installing upgrades locally can be found here http://tinyurl.com/34mj23v.
These are actually instructions for the Email Security Appliance, but they also apply to the WSA with one change: "phoebe" needs to be "coeus".
Please note one really important detail though:
The WSA images are tied to the serial number. So you cannot install the same image to more than 1 WSA. If you have 10 WSAs, you'd need to download the OS image 10 times, each referencing the appropriate serial number for the WSA you intend to upgrade.
If your intention is to save on bandwidth, it's likely better to just upgrade through the appliances, since each needs a different download of the image.
Thanks!
Josh
