Hi,
I'm using AsyncOS7.5 on Ironport S360.
I don't like to have a Blocking Notification for say ad.doubleclick.com when I'm visting
www.youtube.com for example.
In other words and more generally spoken, I don't like to have any Blocking Notifications
for any other sites not equal to the URL.
Is that possible?
Many Thanks

No, not on that sort of basis.
As far as the WSA can see that IS the url of that request. The only thing that knows that that specific request is part of a web page is the browser. I don't think that the WSA is keeping track of what the "root" request is, I think it treats each request it sees seperately...
There is probably some intelligence to be gained there though... hmm something to toss over to product managment...

Thanks for the answer.
Do you think, redirecting the doubleclick.net URL to a local URL containing (and returning) a single invisible pixel could be a solution?
I don't know how to do that yet but theoratically it could work, couldn't it?
Thanks
