Bug in AsyncOS Version 10.5.2-042 when enabling PAC file hosting

Hi all, 

I have upgraded our S100V to AsyncOS Version 10.5.2-042 and started to fail. For some reason after the upgrade, all the outbound connections from the proxy to any webserver go to destination port 8888 instead of 80/443. 

After having a look, i realized that port 8888 is the port configured to host the PAC file. I disabled PAC file hosting feature and then started to work fine. 

This is a big bug and haven't found any information about it. Now rolling back to previous firmware version.

Hi,

 

We apologies to hear that experience after upgrading the WSA.

 

If you still have the WSA in that version, would strongly suggest to open a TAC case for the engineer to investigate further from the backend to see what causing the issue in that version.
