Can't access tickets

I created a ticket and received a notification that it was resolved. However, when I go to https://talosintelligence.com/tickets/559233, it redirects me to https://talosintelligence.com/. If I try to just go to https://talosintelligence.com/tickets/, it again redirects me to https://talosintelligence.com. How am I supposed to view the status of the ticket?

I've tried Chrome, Brave and Edge and all three browsers behave the same way. I've tried clearing the browser cache and there's no change in behavior from above.

Thanks.

I see "Guest"

@ameluso you should now be able to access your tickets. Please confirm.

Yes! Thank you!

I can now see my tickets again.  I had not been able to view them since around 10/22/24

One of the probable reason as below:

Generally this error appear when cisco account is not associated with contract number. If you account shown as guest on the TALOS portal, and it is still considered a "Guest," probably due to not yet being associated with a valid contract number.

You can associate your Cisco account using your contract number in the "Access Management" section of https://id.cisco.com/ (click on Access Management > Add Access).
Select Access management
· Click on Add access
select the options as: TAC and RMA case creation, Software Download, support tools, and entitled content on Cisco.com
· Enter service contracts number(s) in the space provided and click on the 'Submit' button.
· You will receive notification via email that the service contract associations have been completed. Service contract association can take up to 6 hours to complete.
