I'm using Cisco SMA with WSA for scheduled reporting and need some clarification on its scheduled reporting and emailing those report. While I understand that SMA supports scheduled reports for predefined templates like Top 10, 20, 50, or 100 users, my specific requirement is to automate reports for individual usernames—such as 1 or 2 suspected users—and have these reports emailed as per the predefined schedule.
I’m aware that we can manually generate reports based on specific usernames or IP addresses, but is there a way to automate this process and schedule the reports for automatic email delivery? If not, are there any recommended workarounds for this?

I suggest to look at AWSR product (Cisco Advanced Web Security Reporting, aka Splunk):

Not that i am aware that is available nor i have explored that level - May be i am thinking wish list to Cisco.
But i am thinking, that will have huge impact per user based generated report automatically required lot of resource and challenges (not a day to day active) as you mentioned that can be done dynamic and on demand basis based on the requirement.
Have not looked latest API that has any feature that like that using 15.X code have improvement.
