I'm having a problem with updating the AsyncOS. I'm getting an error "not enough disk space." Pretty self explanatory. The reporting/logging disk is 102.5%, which appears to be the problem. My question to you is, how do I reduce the amount of used disk space? I have looked for a data retention policy, but I'm unable to find it. I've tried reducing the log size, but that didn't help either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you try Rollover in system administration-->log subscriptions?

I'm not sure that this is "officially supported" but you can ftp to the box and delete files... specifically folders that end in logs. You could nuke the logs that end in .s Also, if you keep periodic reports, you could nuke the pdfs there. The real space hog is the accesslog folder... the rest of the folders on my box are tiny compared to the accesslogs folder.

I may try that. Thanks for the help.
