Can't upload large-ish file

One of our users is getting an Error 404 when he tries to upload a 67 MB file. I check the Access log and I see this:

1379025713.131 13935 172.16.5.166 TCP_DENIED_SSL/403 1688 POST https://www.sitehere.com:443/carrier_addfile.aspx?id=363634&bclid=353683 - NONE/- - BLOCK_ADMIN_SIZE_IDS_9-DefaultGroup-Authenticated_Users-DefaultGroup-DefaultGroup-NONE-NONE <IW_busi,5.0,"-","-",-,-,-,"-","-",-,-,-,"-","-",-,"-","-",-,-,IW_busi,-,"-","-","Unknown","Unknown","-","-",0.97,0,-,"-","-"> - -

The manual says this about that error, however under the Object setting there is No Maximum defined.

BLOCK_ADMIN_SIZE

The Web Proxy blocked the transaction based on the size of the response as defined in the Object Size settings for the Access Policy group.

If you are certain that the Ironport Data Security Policy is not configured to block anything based on size, go ahead save/reload the configuration file.  If that does not take care of it, open up a TAC case.  There may be something wrong with the configuration file.
