Hello Team,

I have a WSA S1000v working as transparent proxy on my network. Most of user are using IE and Firefox to browse, still here i have no problem with the filtering..

However some of our users have started using Chrome browser and now they are not getting blocked for sites that work with IE/Firefox.

What settings can I use with the Chrome browser to make it work normally as the other browser??

Thank a lot for the assistance

would suggest to add %u in the accesslog logs subscription (gui -> system administration -> log subsription -> accesslog -> custom fields -> put %u) to show the user agent in the accesslogs to differentiate traffic coming from IE, Firefox or Chrome.

Then "grep" accesslogs from the CLI and run traffic from IE and also from Chrome and compare the accesslogs to see what are the different such as Identity, access policy that it is hitting and start from there.
