Cisco WSA: Configure to allow specific hosts access to only specific URLs

First create an identity profile with hostname ( you need to have fixed IP address, so can add them to identity)

create an Access policy on top of rules allow the required site, and rest block and map identity profile to that policy.

Agreed of what Balaji advised on the thread, just addition to that is that you can create a custom url categories and enter your websites in that custom url categories and include the custom category that you just created to the access policy and set the actions (allow/block).

Therefore any traffic coming from that specific hosts or source ip address and going to those specific urls (based on the custom url categories) will be alllow/block.
