Cisco WSA is not filtering with message found in Policy trace "URL Filtering Bypassed".

Hi,

Our new installed WSA is not filtering traffic,

In Policy trace we found : message "URL Filtering Bypassed".

In configuration there is no "Feature "Web Reputation Filters".

Can you please advise ?

Hi,

Please make sure that you have all the feature keys valid and not only "perpetual" keys.

You can check those from GUI -> System Administration -> Feature Keys.

for URL filtering (web categorisations), Web Reputation Filters, you will need separate feature keys for them, such as "Cisco Web Usage Controls", "Cisco Web Reputation Filters" feature keys.

If you dont have those keys, you will need to speak to your Cisco Sales/Account to get them.
