Hi,
I'm trying to activate the Smart Software License from Cisco WSA but it's frezee on message "Initializing smart license agent service. please visti this page after sometime. If you continue to see the same message, please contact Cisco Sales representative"
It's happen for more of one day. The figura's attached.

Hi,
The issues was solved with upgrade from version11.8.0-453 to 11.8.1-023. There is a BUG.

license_smart > status (see the message ?) 11.7 onwards it supported below guide help you. ( but as per your message, it stuck - contact Cisco TAC to resolve)
