WCCP in Fortinet firewall should work with WSA as the WCCP client.

Would recommend:

1. to use service id between 90 to 97 since they are not used

2. to use GRE as the forwarding and return method (Fortinet and WSA)

Please see below for knowledgebase from Fortinet for WCCP (Note: This Knowledge Base article references software which is not maintained or supported by Cisco. The information is provided as a courtesy for your convenience. For further assistance, please contact the software vendor.):

Hi Handy,

I got it working it was a issue with service id itself but it was working with 98, 70 and 0.

Nitesh

I am having the same issue. I have a client who is trying to use the fortinet firewall with wsa. If i point a PC's internet explorer in that office to the  WSA ip as the proxy, it works fine. For some reason fortinet is not 'communicating' with WSA because clients behind fw are not getting filtered.

can send me a screenshot of how you used the service ID on the fortinet?

thanks,

Hi

i used 98 or custom ports for the same.
