1. I'd set the source interface to management, and make sure you can reach those IPs from the management interface
2. Also make sure you have dns configured to point at your internal dns servers.
3. I'm fairly sure that the domain name has to be the DNS name of the domain, not just the netbios name
4. If you scroll down, I think there's a test button... what does that report?

What options are you using when you import the config file?
If I remember correctly, the WSA allows you to import but ignore the interface section?

Try loading that, then reconfigure the interfaces to what you need.

What options are you using when you import the config file? : Importing from device
If I remember correctly, the WSA allows you to import but ignore the interface section? : i didn't see any if it is possible can you please share the link.

here are my findings in VM's:
1) existing hardware appliance has P1&P2(P2 is not using) but in virtual appliance i'm unable to see the P2 option only.
2)  although we created same firewall rules for virtual and existing hardware appliance. existing appliance is able to ping or nslookup to google.com but virtual wsa is unable to .

can you please provide and clear cut document for migration from hardware to Virtual. like what network configuration need to setup.

Thank you so much for your prompt response.......
