Hello!!!

I need support for de next message:

Critical <System> S370.domain.net: TUI-AD: All AD agents are down

Transparent User Identification [TUI]: All Active Directory agents ara down

Reciently we implemented Context Directory Agent (CDA) in the company to transparent authentication.

CDA is currently mapping users using transparent authentication and this works correctly, however every 2 or 3 days IronPort send a critical message that all agents in the Active Directory (AD) are down o fallen.

I was search in bogtoolkit and only found de bug: CSCzv86403, but unfortunately does not resolv my problem.

Has anyone had this problem?

The problem was a bug in the "Context Directory Agent", there are many problems with this solutions, however CISCO is helping us.
