I have a Sharepoint 2007 application server siting in the web facing DMZ zone hosting one of our URL
It is communicating with the SQL DB 2005 Enterprise server located in the DB zone of the same firewall.
When accessing the URl it takes almost 20-25 secs for loading the page.
If the DB server is placed in the DMZ zone along with the application server then the page loads very fast within 3-4 secs.
But considering security risks, i cannot leave it there and hence am facing so much delay in accessing the page.
I am using ASA5540 ver8.2, both the DMZ & DB server are running on Win2008 Ent.
Would appreciate if anyone could throw some light into this issue.
