Fail to load Backup at WSA

Hi members, i have a issue when a tried to load the backup at my WSA 

appear the next warning. File was not loades. Parse Error on elemnt "wga_config" line number 3757 column 15: Error in certificate validation: Certificates signature verification faile. for the certificate "Grupo Financiero XXXXXXX CA Enterprice"

There are 2 items I can suggest. 

[1] If you have any Intermediate or Root CA, please try to import them in the WSA, commit, then try to upload. 

[2] Else, you can open your configuration file, manually remove the data related to that certificate ("Grupo Financiero XXXXXXX CA Enterprice") and try to import that again

kindly be advised, for option 2:

[2-1] do not delete the tags

[2-2] you might need to delete some other data other than the certificate text, such as certificate's name, which is usually one tag above the certificate Tag. 

[2-3] The certificate might not be exactly on the line mentioned in the Error (line number 3757) you can find it after that line.
