We have an issue where we're trying to download drivers and support files from APC. We get as far as downloading the file (HTTP site forwards to FTP), but once it's downloaded it's 0k even though the download says it has downloaded over 2 MB. We're using an Ironport S160.

Log into the CLI of the WSA and issue the command rangerequestdownload. Let me know if that helps you succeed in your download.

In addition to trying Erik's recommendation, I'd recommend that you do a packet capture on the WSA. Once you obtain the packet capture, you can then compare what the WSA obtained from the server, and what the WSA delivered to your client.
