Today we had some users reporting Finesse pauses or hangs on the "Loading..." screen for up to 22 seconds before continuing to successfully log in. Some have also reported slowness when changing their status setting in Finesse. I first tested on my PC after hearing about the issue and mine did not exhibit the problem but one of our service desk guys was seeing the problem on his PC. We tested a bunch of different scenarios and even had him log in on my PC which worked normally using his account. I checked my Chrome version which showed 101.0.4951.64 and immediately started applying the latest update to version 102.0.5005.63. After restarting I logged into Finesse and immediately saw the delay as the screen displayed the small black "Loading..." screen. For those wondering about Microsoft Edge, it did not exhibit the issue but I found it too was wanting an update on my PC which I applied by restarting the browser and Edge now has the same issue showing version 102.0.1245.33. I haven't found anyone else reporting this yet so hopefully someone comes up with a workaround and Cisco figures out an eventual fix!
