Firepower SSL Web Application Block by defult

Hello 

i have cisco firepower and i have configured with Application block like ( multimedia, adult , streaming etc. ) but as i have seen my even longs i found its blocking my Anitviurs update Block.. Skype Tunneling Block Microsoft Update and Microsoft Team which is using Skype Tunneling Web Application. 

Please help me or give me a direction that i can resolved that issue.

You need to select action as Block or Block reset when you create an access rule and change the settings using HTTP Responses tab to custom while creating the policy. But this is only for HTTP websites.
