Hello,

We were trying to retrieve some log files from the wsa itself.

However, we are receiving no such directory errors once we try to open a log folder e.g. accesslogs.

Let me tell you that this happen only on hardware appliances!! on virtuals we have no issues!!

Any ideas?

Hi @spacemeb

may I ask how are you going to access the files?

you can download those log files from FTP,

enable FTP from GUI> Network > interfaces

then connect to management IP via FTP.

if you want to directly access the files from CLI, you don't have access for that
